Red Nissan Maxima

It’s hard to believe that the Nissan Maxima has been around for 40 years. That’s four decades — eight generations of this spectacular car. Almost half a century! Since its launch in 1981, it has remained a driver favorite, thanks to the sporty styling and powerful engine. With updates to the interior to keep it modern and comfortable, there isn’t much that the Maxima has missed the mark on over the years. This special model year brings with it new design features you won’t want to miss. Join us and celebrate 40 years with the new 2021 Nissan Maxima.

40th Anniversary Edition Exterior

The 40th Anniversary Edition of the 2021 Nissan Maxima will be built on the 2020 Platinum trim level. One of the first things you’ll notice is the specially designed exterior. There will be a unique Ruby Slate Gray paint job available with an eye-catching contrasting black roof. You can also get blacked-out trim, badging, and even blacked-out exhaust tips. Available black 19-inch wheels complete the head-turning look. Not every model year brings with it such a captivating, bold design, and we’re proud we’re able to offer this special edition.

Luxurious Interior

Where the special edition impresses is the interior. Enjoy features that the Platinum delivers, such as adjustable ambient lighting, heated and cooled front seats, and a heated steering wheel. Also included are rear-heated seats so your back seat passengers can stay warm and cozy on chilly nights.

For the 40th Anniversary Edition, you also get “40th Anniversary” embossed seating, dark red accent stitching on the doors and dash, and dark chrome trim. There’s also beautiful deep red leather seating with black accenting, and the speedometer and tachometer flashback to previous models with a bright silver-white face. Luxury has never been more refined in a Maxima.

Powerful Engine

What would the Maxima be without its sports-inspired engine? The 2021 model year will bring with it a powerful, naturally aspirated 3.5-liter V-6 engine that delivers up to 300 horsepower and 261 pound-feet of torque. In a recent test, the Maxima ran a zero to 60 in only six seconds. This amount of power should be enough to satisfy any thrill-chasing driver in the market for their newest car.

Technology

We anticipate much of the technology inside the 2021 Maxima to remain the same as the 2020 Platinum model. Expect features such as Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and Bluetooth hands-free connectivity. Features such as hands-free text messaging will help make driving more comfortable. A premium Bose audio system and a large 8-inch touch screen will also be included, if not upgraded, for an even more immersive, luxurious driving experience.

More details about pricing, available trim levels, and a release date should be available soon. We will keep you updated, and when the time comes and you want to check out the special 40th Anniversary Edition of the Nissan Maxima, visit us at Pischke Motors Nissan.
