Pick up your meal from one of the friendly staff members and enjoy a taste of Ireland, without the flight. Beyond the stew and fish and chips, you can also enjoy bangers and mash with corned beef and cabbage with a creamy horseradish sauce. For a local taste, try the homemade cheese curds.

If you are looking for a way to round out your meal, try the Killian’s Nachos. These French fries are covered in nacho cheese and traditional toppings such as lettuce, jalapenos, and bacon. They come with sour cream. You can add chicken, seasoned ground beef, or corned beef to create a meal.

2. Fayze’s Restaurant and Bakery

Do you want something sweet to go along with your next meal? Check out Fayze’s Restaurant and Bakery. They are at the corner of Fourth Street and Pearl St at 135 4th St. S. Take a trip to Cajun Country without leaving La Crosse when you visit Buzzard Billy’s. They offer curbside delivery at  222 Pearl St. The menu highlights here include appetizers like gator fingers. They also serve fried crawfish tails known as Cajun popcorn. If you are looking for some soup, they have two different gumbos and a Creole crab corn soup.

As you explore the small businesses that keep Downtown thriving, take in a view of the Mississippi River. You can pick up your curbside delivery and head home, or if the weather is beautiful, head for the river and enjoy while you relax with friends and family.
